Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment and Mitigation Strategies

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is committed to safeguarding its computing systems and networks from potential threats. This project aims to identify existing vulnerabilities within the company's computing infrastructure and assess common human factors that may increase exposure to risks. By analyzing these vulnerabilities, the project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in cybersecurity to real-world scenarios. The project will focus on suggesting standard technological solutions to enhance the security of computing systems and networks. Additionally, it will propose educational measures to mitigate vulnerabilities caused by human factors. The goal is to equip Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. with a comprehensive understanding of its cybersecurity posture and actionable strategies to improve it. - Conduct a thorough assessment of existing vulnerabilities in computing systems and networks. - Analyze human factors contributing to increased risk exposure. - Recommend standard technological solutions for enhanced security. - Propose educational measures to address human factor vulnerabilities.

Summer Internship to assist with various tasks
