This project aims to evaluate and overhaul the existing UX/UI design, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvements to our website. By applying principles learned in your UX/UI design course, your team will conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and develop design enhancements that align with best practices. The goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable user experience that enhances user engagement and satisfaction.
ROI Genius VI: Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
Our company is able to offer an un-paid virtual Internship opportunity to multiple students studying marketing, advertisement, or management with graphic design skills. The primary focus for the student will be: Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify opportunities for growth and awareness. Identify expansion opportunities and new ideas to pursue. We will be researching all our social media platforms and finding the best ways to gain awareness while converting followers into website users. Strategic Social Media Marketing - Develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Work together with the current marketing team to identify potential growth opportunities using different social media platforms and create content that aligns with our mission and service. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Branding and Marketing Communications - For the students to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share. For the students to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience. Market Expansion Research
We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we only exist in a few markets but it’s time to grow! Our company requires some assistance in assessing our customer landscape outside of our current customer base. We want to learn more about customer’s expectations and behaviours in suggested new regions. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new locations fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. Our specific need is an outline of our industry’s expansion opportunities through a location analysis. This report should include an optimal location recommendation list. To consider: which markets align with our current one? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons to expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist in new locations? What legal protocol will need to be considered? We would like this to be partnered with some primary data collection; surveys and research into our present and future consumer to gather insights into buying behaviours and expansion expectations. These should supplement the location recommendations.
