I am truly grateful for the opportunity to complete my internship with ADA Analytics. This experience has been very valuable in enhancing my technical skills, improving my problem-solving abilities, and helping me understand how theoretical knowledge can be applied in real-world scenarios. Working with Ray and ADA Analytics on the AI Literacy Needs Assessment project was an incredible experience. Ray gave clear direction while encouraging creativity and independence, which made the work both structured and engaging. I was able to grow my technical and communication skills through outreach, survey design, and building a Power BI dashboard. Future teams can look forward to meaningful mentorship, a supportive environment, and the chance to contribute to innovative work in AI literacy.

This experience equipped me with skills I could not have gained in the classroom alone. Taking the lead in areas of my strength empowered me and boosted my confidence by reaffirming that my abilities are valuable beyond academia. My biggest takeaway is a shift in perspective: what may feel like hitting a wall is often an opportunity to pause and ask, 'Why?'
