AI-Driven HR Platform Enhancement
Exera Solutions Inc. is developing an AI-driven HR platform aimed at revolutionizing employee lifecycle management while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within organizations. The project focuses on enhancing the platform's project management capabilities to streamline HR processes, from recruitment to retirement. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface that leverages AI to provide actionable insights and recommendations for HR professionals. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of AI, project management, and HR processes to develop features that support DEI initiatives. The team will work on tasks such as optimizing AI algorithms for bias detection, improving user experience, and integrating DEI metrics into the platform's analytics.

AI PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT — OUR KIDS MEDIA
Are you eager to put AI into action and build tools that make a real difference? We want you. At OUR KIDS Media, we’re reimagining how families discover summer camps by putting AI at the core of the experience . This is your chance to contribute to our AI-powered Smart Match Quiz and upgraded search filters — tools that use machine learning, personalization, and adaptive logic to instantly connect families with camps that fit their child’s interests, and help camps convert more browsers into registrations. Who are we? We’re Canada’s #1 camp and program guide. Each year, we connect tens of thousands of families with day and overnight camps nationwide. Our platform helps parents make better choices and helps camps reach the families most likely to register. Now, with AI, we’re taking that matchmaking to the next level. About the Project Families are searching, and AI will help them discover the right camp faster. AI Smart Match Quiz : An adaptive, interactive quiz that learns from parent inputs and instantly recommends camps aligned with their child’s unique interests — arts, STEM, outdoor adventure, leadership, sports, and more. AI-Powered Search Filters : Intelligent filters that go beyond checkboxes — refining and ranking results based on age, location, session type, and program themes, using AI to highlight the most relevant matches for each family. The outcome: smarter recommendations, stronger family–camp connections, and higher-quality leads for directors. What you’ll do Research best practices for personalization engines, adaptive surveys, RAG models and LLMs in general. Create user flows, and technical documentation to guide in-house integration. Write quiz questions and outcomes optimized for AI interpretation and matching accuracy. Test and experiment prototypes using an iterative process, and measure outputs against real user feedback to refine results. Support the development team with implementation of the quiz and filters across OurKids.net and Camps.ca , including how camps can use them in marketing. Who you’ll work with You’ll collaborate with OUR KIDS’ camp product and marketing teams, and partner with developers working at the intersection of AI, personalization, and UX design . Who you are Passionate about AI applications in digital products. Strong in user research, engineering and product development. Curious, logical and detail-oriented, with an eye for improving user experience. Comfortable documenting technical requirements and testing AI-driven outputs through tools. Bonus: exposure to recommendation systems, natural language processing, or UX tools (Figma, Miro). What you’ll get The opportunity to lead a national AI-powered product launch that will transform how Canadian families choose camps. Hands-on experience applying AI to user-facing tools. Mentorship from experts in product development, AI applications, and camp marketing. Published recognition for shaping OUR KIDS’ most innovative 2026 platform feature. A flexible, part-time, project-based role you can balance with your studies.
