I have been teaching communication courses for more than 20 years. I have proposed designed, delivered and monitored new courses for colleges and universities in Ontario. My educational background includes a Ph.D. from the University of Sussex in England. I'm known internationally for my scholarship and publications. Looking to increase the interconnectivity of your community, and empower all global citizens? Bring on students from Fanshawe College in to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience.Students in this program will have a keen understanding of the interconnectivity of global and local issues. Students are able to articulate the roles, responsibilities, and impact that individuals can have within their local, national, and international communities. They will also have exposure to examining topics such as: population growth, race, diversity, nationalist, poverty, technology, migration, global economics, conflict and the environment.
