Educational Application Chat Function - App Design & Implementation

Our company provides an educational platform. However, we currently rely on slow modes of communication with our customers. We would like to work with students to create a general AI chatbot application that can utilize our LLM model and engine to offer help for our application users. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Producing a wireframe or mock-up of the resulting system’s user interface. Creating a product roadmap for the system and an implementation plan detailing possible interactions with the system. Utilizing our internal artificial intelligence chatbot.

Educational Application Automated and Manual Testing Plan

Our company has an existing software product, and part of any good product is continual testing. Most manual testing environments consist of two phases, a planning phase and an execution phase. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our product and devise a thorough test plan for our product (or a section of our product) that can be executed. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our product and analyzing user profiles, user stories, and desired outcomes. Creating a detailed testing plan for features such as mobile responsiveness, internationalization, accessibility, browser compatibility, etc. Executing the testing plan through manual means. Analyzing and reporting results of testing. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Automating tests using software to simulate user activity.

We want to leverage the latest technology to gain market advantage. Applications of this technology include recommendation algorithms, predictive analytics, and classifications. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) in LMS applications. Students will develop an AI model related to our LMS Educational Application. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our existing product. Analyzing our current case study. Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our use case. Developing an AI / ML model that provides unique outcomes for our use case.
