Positions available: 1 Team of 3-4 students or 1 individual student

Overview: Our team seeks interested legal interns to assist with the following projects/deliverables:

• Draft, review update and discuss certain related corporate documents pertaining to professional services, partnership, business, technology and marketing agreements
• Respond promptly to legal requests from internal client including summarizing and communicating legal concepts that business or marketing people can use
• Advising business colleagues and other cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company polices and procedures, business strategy
• Develop best practices legal responses to comply with company policies and risk tolerance
• Prepare legal copy for selected client marketing, corporate or talent collateral, campaigns, programs or critical documentation

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, high level teamwork skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, flexibility, adaptability and initiative.
• Innovative mindset and desire to improve operational efficiencies.

We are seeking enthusiastic learners with advanced problem-solving skills and the capability to work well both independently and on a team. All communications will occur in English.

Resources provided: Our team will provide access to all relevant data and systems that candidate requires to complete their project(s). There will also be dialogue/ongoing engagement with subject matter experts.

Communication tools/methods: Email, Microsoft Teams, Development and Remote Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and PPT. Mandatory 1 - hour daily meetings.
