What you'll do:

You will be asked to help improve and adapt existing business processes and flows to make them more efficient, better align with industry standards, and allow for faster adoption with by new users.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Visio or similar flow-charting applications
  • Knowledge of business best practices
  • Knowledge of key results and development processes
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and processes


Project Goal(s):

Improve the given processes and flows with recommendations to increase productivity and adaptability of company’s workflow.

Deliverables

Project Specifics:

You will provide diagrams and insight into business practices and processes in various areas to be discussed and taken apart and rebuilt to improve their use.

 

Assist with identifying and standardizing processes across areas to assure similar processes exist and limit confusion between ad across areas and users.


Discussions and development will be done and reviewed weighing pros and cons of each and how it fits and can improve the business.

Mentorship

Primary contacts at company: 

IT Specialist and Innovation/IT Leader, other business participants depending upon project. The Learner will be supported through meaningful mentorship and staff time to enhance their learning experience. The Learner will be offered access to required tools and technology, as well as access to data and any other resources that may be required to complete the project.
