You are:

A learner or learners focused on IT Business Applications and have a desire to help resolve applications and software issues (CRM/Collaborative Work Systems). You will prioritize, schedule and administer all instances where enhancements resolutions are required, and record, track and document the problem solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken through to final resolution.

What you’ll do (Projects):

There is an opportunity to gain experience while working on a range of project types. Some of those projects include strategic web design, CRM security modelling, data scraping, data migration, software development and a range of digital transformation projects. As part of the IT team and reporting to a senior member of the time, you will need to:

· Analyze: Gather business requirements and access data to understand needs which may include development of business process maps, user stories/cases or scope/statement work documents to develop and refine solution definition for description, prediction, prescription, manipulation of data both structured and unstructured.

· Architect and develop: Assist in constructing, employing, testing, and maintaining architectures that support the requirements of the business and develop the processes for data modelling, mining, and production.

· Access and prepare: Translate the business analysis/data to formulate and define the system scope and objectives (solution definition), project plan, team and product solution (architecture and design) for defined projects and delivery of progress reports.

· Communicate and collaborate: Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the business-users communicating application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.

· Develop and leverage: Customize systems and take ownership of application change requests, involving the appropriate parties to see the request to completion. Includes testing and demonstrating data, design and solution including gaps analysis, documentation of test cases and feedback to appropriate team members relating to QA.

· Documentation. Create user and developer supporting documentation and knowledge transfer for applications.

Qualifications:

- You are working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Systems, BA in Information Technology Management, etc.

- You have some experience supporting network systems and troubleshooting experience with Windows, Unix/Linus, Apple computer platforms.

- You possess good knowledge of different software systems along with working knowledge of computer hardware including desktop and network servers, information security and awareness of capabilities or limitations of various configurations.

- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- You have some knowledge of or a desire to learn Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Windows Server, Linux, Scripting and support software for Windows, workstation administration and IT security.
