Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to develop a training and competency program that analyzes each job role for training requirements and provides metrics measuring competency. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Determining training requirements for each job role based off of job descriptions and available standard operation procedures (SOP's).

- Determining best training practices (type of training) for each training requirement.

- Determining the metrics to ensure employees are competent after they have completed the training.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- An understanding of the job roles and their training requirements.

- An understanding of the best training practices for each training requirement.

- An understanding of the metrics to ensure employees are competent after they have completed the training.

Final deliverables should include:

- A comprehensive report outlining the training requirements, best practices, and metrics for each job role.

- A training program that can be implemented and monitored.
