You are:

A learner or learners focused on requirements gathering, use case documentation and business analysis. Reporting to the CIO and working with data, technology, and creatives, you will dive into one or all of the following projects.

What you’ll do (Project):

Customer Hub Setup / Configuration (IT Service Management “ITSM”): Gather, analyze, define, document business requirements and system specifications and functional and non-functional requirements for ITSM (IT Service Management tool).

• Gather system requirements
• Configure system as needed for use case
• Document Admin/User usage

LAN Restructure: Create a system to better serve the various aspects of our file ecosystem to users. Gather requirements of data separation needed for users / departments and recommend / design a storage solution that supports the needs as well as simplifies the "chaos"

Data Backups - Design and Implementation: Gather requirements, model (financial and technical), design, implement, optimize, and maintain data storage solution.

• Gather requirements or needs for business related to data backups or snapshots
• Research and recommend a solution to the issue using available open source or industry software
• Design a layout/proposal for deployment of the system in respect to our current environment

Qualifications:

You are working towards a degree in IT, Engineering, or quantitative discipline

• LAN Restructure: You have knowledge of VPN Use, Windows Explorer / File Managers and Filesystems / Permissions
• Data Backups - Design and Implementation: You have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Backup & Replication, Microsoft Windows Server Domain Zones/Forests, Veeam, Linux Administration and Cloud Backups (Backblaze, Amazon, Microsoft)
• Technical Analysis: You have knowledge of Agile Project Management, Development Lifecycles and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio)
