We are excited about our 6-month certificate which will follow the process and flow of LXD professional practices... taking your learning modules from ordinary to extraordinary! Students will reinvent a current training module or design a new learning experience to fit your unique context. *LXD: Takes a "design thinking" approach to developing user-centred learning experiences. It combines traditional instructional design principles with user experience (UX) principles, in order to create effective and results-oriented training interventions that captivates a learner's attention across different mediums, includes motivational strategies, and reinforces knowledge retention and application.

Documenting current state operations Assessing capabilities and creating detailed process flows Introducing automation and time/cost saving measures to boost efficiency Detect and measure defects and make recommendations to enhance performance/resilience Lead collaboration sessions to enhance team awareness and find opportunities to optimize process flow.

A well-designed user experience builds trust and loyalty with your target audience. UX design creates a positive and well-defined customer journey. In this project, students will implement the UX design process to provide you with an optimized prototype for your website or app. Note: I have taught this course since Feb 2020 and I have had 85+ successful clients thus far. Due to the vast amount of applications, I may not be able to respond to all of you. Please be clear about what your organization does and why you would benefit from the students working on your app or website. The project will begin March 23 - May 11 Please note you're required to dedicate a minimum of a 45-1 hour check-in with the student team every week. Thanks and good luck!

In the final course of the Advanced Data Science and Predictive Analytics Certificate, students spend 8 weeks creating an analytics solution/model for your organization. This capstone project includes analysis of a real-life scenario, including business problem framing, translating to an analytical problem statement, data collection, preparation, integrating, modelling and analyzing and will result in a final report/ presentation that outlines recommendations and a solution deployment plan.
