The current challenge is to create a user-friendly, efficient, and accurate system that can evaluate language skills in real-time. The goal is to design a prototype that integrates various assessment tools, such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing modules, tailored for non-native speakers. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of software development, user interface design, and language assessment methodologies. The platform should be intuitive for users and provide insightful feedback on language proficiency levels. The project will focus on creating a seamless experience for both the assessors and the learners, ensuring that the platform is adaptable to different languages and proficiency levels.
- Design and develop a prototype for a digital language proficiency assessment platform.
- Integrate multiple language assessment tools into a cohesive system.
- Ensure the platform is user-friendly and provides accurate proficiency feedback.
- Focus on adaptability for various languages and proficiency levels.
The project deliverables include a functional prototype of the digital platform, complete with integrated assessment modules for listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Additionally, a comprehensive user guide and a report detailing the design process, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented will be provided. The prototype should demonstrate the platform's capability to assess language proficiency accurately and efficiently.
