Students will review the platform and upcoming modules to determine which data sets can be made into meaningful insights for both individual and administrative accounts. 

Insights should aim to increase the value of the data that administrators receive about their teams in an overarching goal to improve their teams’ mental wellness.

Tasks include:

• Platform Review:
• Perform a full review of the Refresh Wellness Platform to understand current data collection and reporting processes.
• Identify data outcomes available from each platform module.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze the current data collected and determine additional data points that can be actively or passively collected.
• Prioritize data points based on relevance and usability for platform users and admins.
• Insight Development:
• Identify what insights are most useful to users and admins.
• Develop recommendations for visualizing these insights in an engaging and actionable way.
• Wireframe Creation:
• Design low-fidelity wireframes based on approved recommendations.
• Presentations:
• Present findings to Refresh leadership team and collaborate to refine insights and designs through feedback sessions.

Deliverables:

• A detailed report outlining:
• Recommendations for additional data to collect.
• Insights that can be developed from the data.
• Wireframe designs for the Insights module (separate for users and admins).
• Presentations to the Refresh leadership team at key milestones:
• Findings presentation
• Recommendations presentation
• Wireframes presentation
• Final presentation
