Prisha is an astoundingly brilliant and efficient young woman. Her quality of work during her internship was outstanding, along with her time management skills to deliver almost always before deadline. Prisha has the core to develop into someone that works well under pressure. She has a very open mind, a thirst to eagerly learn and face challenges outside her comfort zone head on. My suggestions would be for her to round out her professional persona and strengthen her communication, accountability, be more attentive to details and follow through when reporting to a manager/senior employee. I want you to grow into the powerhouse potential you have, a force to be reckoned with. I see greatness in you Prisha.
