She conducted herself professionally, but seem to struggle with following instructions and communicating when issues arose.

From perspective this was not the case. I had presented deadlines and asked for feedback on whether they were reasonable or not. No changes or comments were given, but multiple times deadlines were not met, and I only learned about issues when I we met on the day that the deliverables were due. Ultimately I did not receive the finished product that I though I was going to, so the ultimate deadline of having the site online was also missed. Areas for improvement are active listening, communicating any confusion or limitations early on, and not being afraid to ask questions.
