digital marketing project planning business analytics marketing strategy researchIs your organization seeking some extra support with demand prediction, supplier performance analysis, and inventory optimization of your supply chain? If so, we have 4th-year business students that are seeking the opportunity to help you by applied data analytics and predictive modelling to discover what issues might arise in your supply chain. In this course students learn about supply chain mapping, supply chain process improvements, business process re-engineering and integration, lean operations and process flow management, six-sigma quality programs and benchmarking supply chain processes against world class companies.
How this works
Teams of 3-5 students will be provided with a supply chain challenge or opportunity that you are interested in exploring. Then the students will connect with you to set up an initial meeting (virtual, on the phone, or in-person) to gather more information in the first weeks of January and will provide you with their final report in April.
Learners
Your organization will receive a written feedback assessment report that summarizes the project and the findings. Students will also present their findings in a high-level presentation at the end of the term.
