Project examples

Students will help your company or organization evaluate your current culture using Hofstede, Globe, or other reputable frameworks. Students will make recommendations on improving the culture because of the current situation and industry attributes.


Project examples include but are not limited to:

  • Building a dynamic, team-oriented session using experiential learning methods
  • Creating tools for understanding leadership and followership skills in your organization
  • Examining theories of leadership and their practicality in the medium chosen
  • Evaluating individual leadership styles and associated consequences given a particular context
  • Developing leadership skills training programs using experiential and virtual learning methods
  • Bridging multi-generational differences in the workplace
  • Revitalizing leadership development/ succession planning in your organization
  • Enhancing decision making during a crisis
  • Understanding diversities in the workplace
  • Develop leadership skills training programs using experiential and virtual learning methods
  • Develop surveys on a topic (like employee engagement) based on scientific research
  • Analyze or conduct a review of the scientific research in an area (e.g., work-life balance, flexible work arrangements)
  • Make recommendations on how to implement an employee program (e.g., incentive programs)

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this program:
